Howdy,

The countdown to fall continues, and we’re excited to share a new resource for our campus communicators. With the recently released Brand Guide now available, you’ll have practical direction to help you capture the heart of Texas A&M University in your messaging and initiatives. This update also continues to inform you about the line-up of workshops, supportive networks and drop-in office hours, all designed to make adopting the brand straightforward and collaborative. Explore the latest tools, watch for key dates and upcoming sessions, and remember, our team is ready to assist you in a new season of purposeful storytelling.

Fall Ready Deliverables

With fall fast approaching, we’re excited to continue to share the latest brand resources to help you get ready for Sept. 1. If you haven’t already, now is a great time to explore these updates and start using them in your projects. If you have questions or need guidance, our team is here to help.

Brand Guide

We hope you saw the release of our new Brand Guide just last week in a special message from Vice President and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer Ethan Braden. The Brand Guide encourages our community to communicate with a unified voice by providing clear direction on messaging, visuals and values. It helps everyone share the Texas A&M story consistently and authentically, building pride and connection across campus and beyond.

Brand Book

Last week, we also posted the web-accessible version of the Brand Book. This is intended to serve as a quick reference resource to help faculty, staff, students and partners communicate consistently and effectively about Texas A&M, ensuring everyone can share the university’s story and mission.

B-Roll Drop

We recently released our first collection of branded B-roll footage! Remember, you can find these dynamic video clips in the Texas A&M video repository under the “Video” folder in the Photoshelter galleries. This new content is designed to help bring your projects to life, reflecting the energy and spirit of our brand in motion.

Photo Drop

In case you missed it, carefully selected images were recently added to our photo gallery. To access them, simply log in to Photoshelter using your NetID and visit the “Photo Galleries” section. These expanded selections offer even more choices to help you quickly capture the look and feel of our brand in your projects. We’ll continue adding new photos throughout the summer, with another set arriving in the coming weeks.

Creative Templates Release

The first round of creative templates was also added to our online toolkit earlier this month. We recently added additional PowerPoint templates and a print ad template. These ready-to-use templates ensure brand consistency and a quick start. You can expect more creative templates to arrive over the summer.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our summer workshops. We appreciate your participation and energy throughout both days. We hope you found the sessions on brand messaging, the creative visual toolkit and our content approach both valuable and helpful. Social Media Workshop

Join us for a fall-ready social media working session next week, Wednesday, July 16! Please bring a few posts you anticipate publishing this fall to help guide our discussion. Further details will be shared via the TAMU Social Media listserv — if you are not already on it, email socialmedia@tamu.edu and include the names of the accounts you manage.

Digital Signage Workshop

We’re excited to host a Digital Signage Workshop designed to strengthen both your signage strategy and your content creation skills. This session will include a refresher on the REACH platform, a review of design and messaging best practices, and the opportunity to receive feedback on content you’ve created.

Whether you’re new to digital signage or a longtime user, this workshop is a great chance to sharpen your creative approach, learn what makes effective on-screen content and connect with others across the university who manage digital signage.

An RSVP link has been sent to all REACH users and university partners who access our digital signage resources!
