November 3, 2025 Marketing and Communications Update
The final stretch of the semester is often the most demanding, but it’s also where our work matters most. The projects we complete and the stories we share make a difference. And the positive impact of that work on our students, our communities and our world is what makes it truly significant.
Howdy,
The final stretch of the semester is often the most demanding, but it’s also where our work matters most. The projects we complete and the stories we share make a difference. And the positive impact of that work on our students, our communities and our world is what makes it truly significant.
So, let that impact be our motivation! Let’s keep pushing forward with persistence and purpose, knowing that the effort we put in now creates the powerful outcomes that we seek. Thank you for bringing these outcomes to life. Let’s continue to show the world what is possible.
This is how we stand together as a force for good.

Honoring Veterans
As we approach Veterans Day on Nov. 11, we have a powerful opportunity to demonstrate how Texas A&M University stands with and for those who serve throughout the month of November. Our commitment will be on full display at the Military Appreciation Game against Samford University on Saturday, Nov. 22, where we will be hosting our living Medal of Honor recipient Matt Williams ’25, a true embodiment of leadership and selfless service. We will have an activation that will feature a couple of our NASCAR race cars, including the car that showcased our new “Force For Good” brand during the Martinsville Speedway race on Oct. 26. Polite Coffee, locally owned by a Texas A&M former student and veteran, will be on-site serving coffee during the activation as well. This is our brand in action. It is tangible proof of our values and a message of respect for our nation’s service members. To help elevate this story and others showcasing our appreciation of veterans and their service, we’ve developed a veterans content package to help you share across your channels how we all stand together in honoring those who serve.
Important Updates
Adobe Creative Cloud
As highlighted in our last update, Texas A&M is updating its licensing model for Adobe Creative Cloud. Technology Services is managing this transition on behalf of the university.
The university’s current Adobe contract has been extended through Nov. 4. After that date, the following changes will be implemented:
- Adobe Creative Cloud: Licenses for the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite will be assigned to individual employees based on needs determined by each college and division.
- Continued Universitywide Access: There will be no change in access for Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Acrobat Sign and Adobe Express. These applications will remain available to all employees. Additionally, Adobe Express, an all-in-one design app, will soon be made available to all students.
What You Need to Know:
- College and division leaders finalized the lists of employees who will be assigned an Adobe Creative Cloud license after Nov. 4.
- Technology Services is actively working to set up a self-service request process for additional Adobe Creative Cloud licenses that may be requested in addition to those already identified.
- As a preventative measure, you are strongly encouraged to back up your Adobe Creative Cloud storage by 5 p.m. today, Nov. 3, even though we do not anticipate any access issues. Instructions for this process are available in the Knowledge Base article on backing up Creative Cloud storage.
If you need help or have questions, please contact your unit’s IT support team or reach out to the Adobe team at adobe@tamu.edu.
