Texas A&M BBQ Genius Presented by Lipton

At this event held on campus in October 2018, attendees enjoyed BBQ and Lipton iced tea while learning about the community, culture, and science of BBQ from Texas A&M's "Brisketeers," meat science professors Drs. Jeff Savell, Ray Riley and Davey Griffin. They were joined by Australian author, chef and TV personality Jess Pryles.
