Using University-Owned Imagery
Please review the photography and video requirements listed below before utilizing any of the templates or assets provided by Texas A&M University.
Media Releases
All identifiable individuals in videos and/or photographs must sign a media release form before that media can be used. Any content made available by the Division of Marketing and Communications already has completed release forms.

Faculty and staff may use university-owned content for work related to official job duties. When creating photos or video assets, that faculty or staff member is responsible for getting identifiable individuals to sign a media release form.
Texas A&M Students
Students may use university-owned content for class projects, to support or promote authorized student organizations, and other non-commercial purposes related to their role as students, and only in a manner consistent with the Texas A&M Student Rules.
Third Parties
Third parties are required to receive permission from the Office of Brand Development before using any university-owned content. Please contact Scott Oswald, program manager, with any questions related to third-party use of university content.
