Stationery
The vision of Marketing & Communications oversees standards for business stationery layout, content, change requests, and quality control.

All Stationery Uses University Branding
The university’s stationery system will remain unchanged, branded with a stationery-specific primary logo. Among the most visible forms of communication, business cards and letterheads provide a consistent thread that ties us all together.
University stationery templates have been designed to provide a standard, consistent resource for all university employees to obtain approved business stationery products bearing the university name and marks. These templates are accessed online through the official Texas A&M stationery catalog in AggieBuy. To access, visit sso.tamus.edu, log on with NetID and select AggieBuy from the SSO menu.

Business Cards
When choosing which business card template to use, refer to the Texas A&M Directory to determine if the person is designated “Student” or “Faculty/Staff.”
Only Texas A&M employees that have the designation “Faculty/Staff,” or students with departmental permission, may use business cards with official university logos. Official Texas A&M logos may not be printed on personal stationery. All those designated as students in the Texas A&M directory may obtain printed business cards from the printer of their choice utilizing the student business card template.
Electronic Letterhead
Templates for electronic letterhead (not for printing) may be downloaded in the Brand Toolbox under Stationery Templates.
